How
to access email:
If your website is hosted by our team you have
access to web based email accounts available
from any internet connection. Just follow these
instructions to access your accounts.
We will be migrating all of our clients to newer, upgraded servers between 02.01.2007 and 04.01.2007. If you have already been migrated to our upgraded servers, you can access your web-based e-mail by following these instructions:
1. Log on to http://mail.[your domain].com
2. You will be greeted with a log in screen. Your user name is your complete email address. Ex.jlemire@elykinnovation.com, Your password is unique to your account and was preset by our team.
How
to set up Outlook, or Outlook Express:
If you wish to integrate webmail with Outlook
please note 3 important items.
1. Your POP3 setting is mail.[your domain].com
2. Your SMTP setting is determined by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Example, if you connect to the Internet with BELLSOUTH your SMTP setting will be mail.bellsouth.net. Comcast requires your SMTP setting to be smtp.comcast.net. We recommend you contact your ISP for the most current information concerning your SMTP setting.
3. When Outlook defaults to your ACCOUNT during set-up it often leaves the complete email address off. The account should read you're [your name]@[your domain].com. If you experience errors during set-up this is the first area to check.
How to view web site traffic reports:
If you signed up for website traffic
monitoring:
1. Log on to http://www.[your domain].com:9999
2. When the login screen appears type in YOURDOMAIN.COM.
3. Type in your password preset by our staff.
